My talk is about a
cooperative agreement project between APHIS and NCSU on the weather based
mapping of plant pests.Turner Sutton,
an epidemiologist at NCSU is the project PI; Charles Thayer is a Research
Associate at NCSU; the APHIS project Liaison officer is Glenn Fowler, working
with Woody Bailey and Dan Fieselmann.My name is Roger Magarey, I am an extension associate at NCSU and the
project day to day manager.
